Prof. Ferguson featured in “Inside Illinois” as I-Promise faculty mentor

Prof. Ferguson’s work as a faculty mentor in the Illinois Promise program was featured in an article in Inside Illinois 34 (3) (Aug 7, 2014). The Illinois Promise (I-Promise) program provides full scholarships to high-achieving first generation college students from Illinois, and offers voluntary peer or adult mentoring with a program alum or member of the Illinois community to support the transition to college and promote academic and personal success.
